Shipping:

I offer shipping via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail only.  A free local pickup option is also available if you live near Moxee, WA. 

RATES >> USPS First Class Mail $4.00 

                  USPS Priority Mail $7.00

PROCESSING TIME 

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE: Please allow 4-5 days for processing as we are currently taking extra care to create and package your items and  limiting our weekly drops to the post office. Thanks for your patience and understanding during this unique time.

Orders take anywhere from 1-3 business days to ship from our shop.  Pick up orders have the same processing time.  Please allow extra processing time for orders placed in the months of November and December (approximately 1-2 days extra).

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE EXCHANGED:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept exchanges for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Details:

Wicket Goods is a single person, artist owned, home-based business. Due to items being made-to-order I do not accept returns on any items that I sell. If you are unhappy with your item, your item does not fit or the item is a different size than expected, please contact me! I am happy to work with you on an exchange.
